Blogger is back on the blog!

Hey! So, I am back on Blogger because I have some time to be on. There's normally a reason why I'm on here and this time, it's because of an animal cruelty video brought to me and you by Earthings. A movie/video that I watched and it sickens me. Now, I don't know about you, but when I first saw this, I was in fact curious. The trailer is the video down below.
The Aye Aye
Watch it if you like. Another thing I would like to say, my last blog post I put was about my play I did. It was fantastic. Everyone who came said they liked it! That means I did a god job. I should also say that I'm watching Destination Truth on Syfy and this one is called "Ghosts of Menegai Crater; Kalanoro".  I would love to go Madagascar to see all the animals they talk about especially the Aye Aye.
It's a cute little animal that's about the size of a grown man's hand at the smallest and smaller than a bread box at the largest. It may not look like the nicest animal, but it is a shy animal and I think it's pretty cute. The other thing that they talked about was the Kalanoro and they think that they got evidence on it, but they still aren't sure. Here is what it can look like. A creepy looking creature, is hairy, has a hunch in it's back from it's backwards feet. Though in the picture, the Kalanoro is not as hairy as it is there. It's hair does not go up in a mow-hawk sort of way, more like it's bald there (he's got a bald spot!). It's arms are like the arms of a dinosaur, long but webbed, which I don't think dinosaurs had unless they were water dinosaurs...Anywho, today was extra special. Not only was it the first day of school, meeting new teachers, making new friends and seeing my old friends, I auditioned for Cinderella on the same day as call-backs since my audition was rescheduled.
I, happily for the first time, actually got called back! When I heard I was so excited and nervous all in one, one big bucket of joy-ish. They told me and a few others to leave early, they said they knew what we were capable of and it doesn't mean anything, but now I'm nervous in a different kind of way. I know for one thing, I messed up in both dances they taught us, and that normally happens. I learn fast, but I also don't learn it if I just watch what people are doing and that's kind of what they expected of us on the first dance.
The second was easy and more fun, I guess you could say. One because it was easier to learn and they didn't go by the steps in a snap like they did they first one. (Besides, it was a waltz, I love those!)
Two because I knew it better than I knew the first, like I said in the first reason.
So, enough of me, even though that's kind of what this blog is about...I'd like to share a certain tongue twister with you that was all too hard to say for me. Once I memorized it by listening to it from my counselor, of course I'm not there to tell you it every day in person, I capped it and locked it shut and it was really done well, no mistakes. So, here's the tongue twister. I'm sure if ou say it fast enough, you'll find why I wanted to memorize it so bad:

Pheasant Plucker
I am a pheasant plucker
I pluck mother pheasants
I am the most pleasant mother pheasant plucker to ever pluck a mother pheasant

I am not a pheasant plucker
Nor am I a pheasant plucker's son
But I will pluck the pheasant feather
Until the pheasant plucker comes

Now, say it five times fast! Right now. Say it!
So, I guess on that note...

Wait! Quickly, look down! I
                                                   V

AYE AYE!!!!!
Now, I promise you "That's all Folks!" (Watch the video again to prove it!) Good Night!

Non-Being-Here....

As you can tell, I wasn't here for a week, and if you gave up on reading the blog, I'm sorry to hear that, but now I'm back. For now. I'd like to tell all of you that I finally have the play info:
What: A String of Nonsense Brought to You By the Minds of Group D "If you know what I mean"
Where: Peacock Players Theater 14 Court Street, Nashua, NH 03060-3440
When:  Friday, August 19th, 2011 at about 7:00 PM to a half an hour later at the most
Why: So that you can see a drama/comedy, of course!
Should I bring guests?: Well......sure, if you like
So, there you have it!  That's the things you should know to be able to watch the play. That is, only if you're in the area.
Anyway, so I should just tell you, all is well in love and home. Camp is a whole lot of laughs and distractions as usual. At least today. My 'head camp counselor' as you could call him was tired and really out-of-it. My other two counselors played games with us and worked on scenes. Basically, today was a laid-back do nothing day. It was nice to have a day-off, but still be there with my friends. Frankly, I liked a lot more than just a normal day at home.
So, I guess that's my catch-up for the past week or so. That's about it,
   Bye!

Cool Personal Quiz

I took this said "Personal Quiz"to "Find out your true self" and the only thing about those quizes, is if something you know is wrong about you, then you don't want to believe it and I sort of will push it aside from me.
Anyway, here are the results and I think overall it got me pretty well....

Below are your scores for the big five personality traits of Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
OPENNESS:
Your score for openness was 100 out of 100.

People with high scores on openness tend to have a general appreciation for art, adventure, and unusual ideas. They typically are full of imagination, curious, and sensitive to beauty. They enjoy a wide variety of experiences.

This trait distinguishes people with high openness scores from more down-to-earth, conventional people. Compared to others, they tend to be more creative and more aware of their feelings. They might even hold some rather unconventional beliefs!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
CONSCIENTIOUSNESS:
Your score for conscientiousness was 50 out of 100.

People with high scores on conscientiousness tend to be thought of as intelligent and reliable. They typically prefer planning over spontaneous behavior, avoid trouble, and tend to succeed through planning and persistence.

Compared to others, people with high conscientiousness scores typically are self-disciplined, achievement-oriented, and dutifully.  However, they can also show a tendency toward perfectionism and are prone to being workaholics. (In a sense of matter, I am not a workaholic...just ask anyone who's been to my school)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
EXTRAVERSION:
Your score for extraversion was 50 out of 100.

People with high scores on extraversion tend to be outgoing and full of energy.  They typically to seek out stimulation and like being around other people.

Compared to others, people with high extraversion scores are enthusiastic and action-oriented.  Where others might hesitate, they say *Let's go!*  People with high extraversion scores typically don't mind asserting themselves and don't shy away from being the center of attention.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
AGREEABLENESS:
Your score for agreeableness was 75 out of 100.

People with high scores on agreeableness tend to be friendly, considerate, and willing to compromise. They are typically both compassionate and cooperative, placing high value on getting along with others.

Compared to others, people with high agreeableness scores generally have an optimistic view about human nature, believing that people are generally decent and trustworthy.  They are seldom antagonistic towards others and promote social harmony.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
NEUROTICISM:
Your score for neuroticism was 100 out of 100.

People with high scores on neuroticism tend to be emotionally reactive and vulnerable to stress. They are often prone to interpret ordinary situations as being threatening and, if not careful, tend to treat minor frustrations as if they were hopeless difficulties. (eh, that part isn't me, at all)

Compared to others, when people with high neuroticism scores undergo a negative emotional reaction it is likely to persist over time and might give the impression that they are often in a bad mood. (also...well, no this part isn't me either)

Other than that, I know my own self and am basically a balanced person. I have actually embraced my astrological sign. By doing that, I've definitely become a whole lot more balanced. Pisces, my astrological sign, are two fish following each other in an oasis in the sky. The fish are two different colours. One is black with a white spot on it's head and the other is white with a black spot on it's head. When they follow each other, they make the Yin, Yang symbol which will probably be at the top of this post.....wait, I fixed it. It's all right in the middle, anyway, that's my blogpost for today-yesterday...
See you on the other side!

Peacock Players Summa Camp!

As you all know and don't understand or understand, but don't know, I am now going to a three week-day summer camp. And as I simply live in New Hampshire, the camp I go to is called Peacock Players Summer Camp. If you don't know exactly what that is, then I'll explain. It's a camp for people who love to act, sing, and maybe even dance. Some people go there because they love to act and sing, but don't have they courage.
Anyway, they first day of camp was amazing. Like nothing I thought it was going to be. I have been going there for four years now and I love it. Now, to many, camp is a place of fear or just a scary place because, unless you know someone who is a friend of yours that's going, you don't know anyone and is afraid of making a bad impression, but in this camp it teaches you to not be afraid of judgment and just be yourself. So, today I was in a new group. By that, I mean my group was always Group C. I am now older, so I go to Group D. The ages strike from Kindergarten to High School and brakes up into four groups with the youngest at the starting point of Group A, then B, C and lastly D.
The one thing that made this camp year better then the rest was because the people who criticize others because they are better then them aren't here along with a whole bunch of my friends. Another is that since no one criticizes anyone, we're all our goofy and weirdo selves. It's a whole lot more fun that way. Plus, since I know a lot of people there, I am way more spontaneous than I was and, as almost always, but not really, I made friends with basically everyone including the counselors. So a big "Hurrah!" for that.
The only thing that makes being in the oldest group different, is that we are not, I repeat, not going to do a play, which is unusual for me, because we do a play every year. I guess, in this case, it's only different because we are doing three comedy improvisation scenes and one dramatic/serious improv scene. Improv, if you don't know, is when you do anything and everything without lines, or a script. It can be tough or easy depending on if you can think of something to say at a snap.
I, however, am good at it because a lot of things come to my mind at once all the time. It's very hard not to think of several things and pick up things through sight and sound, but if I truly try, I can block that all out. The thing is, though, I don't want to.
Seeing as though I ramble, I'm going to finally get to yet another reason why I love this year's summer camp. (As a side-bar note, I actually had two camps. One at Camp Sargent and the other, which is now. One of the people from my other camp actually came to this one's and it's kind of strange, but we're friends.) Okay, for the second reason why, is because I learned a bunch f new games, I will not explain them now, but I will later and they are basically improv games. Besides,  I cannot think of them all, at the moment.
The third reason is because we already have a catch-phrase for our group: "If you know what I mean..." is our catch phrase and if you say it mentally or outloud after every sentence you hear or say, then you can have a joke on your hands and you'll be laughing and no one will know what you are laughing about. So, it's basically humour for all.
For another thought, every year there are two sessions of camp, and I only go to one. For two years it was the first and for these two years, it was the last, so I guess it all depends on when my friends are going. To close this message up, I will probably, but not definitely post tomorrow on how it went, but until then, see you later!
