More Freedom Pictures

This is a very nice picture of Freedom like the other silhouettes-freedom-pictures.

The bird being freed from here is utterly fantastic. I like it how the cage seems to be flying away as did the bird.

This is another CelsoJunior picture. If you hadn't noticed...

Freedom of: Speech, Thought, Religion, Expression, Assembly, Change, and the last one I cannot read.

This is a nice, religious picture. One that I do truly love.

This is a sad, and terrible one about the Iragi people being freed...

This is a very nice one about actually being able to feel freedom.

Fashion is a Contagious Disease

I have been thinking of this post for months and now I am finally posting again. Be in mind that most of my time was exerted on school (homework; extra-help; the casualties) and the holidays. And some skiing now and then.

This post, however it may result in perpetual argument on wether fashion is good or not to follow, is my take on the trend styles of life. It practically puts us under a truck of social integrity. The only fact of the matter is is that many try to follow these high and new trends without stopping and looking around at the people they are with. For an example, the one I love to use the most, the iPhones. This being wether it is an iPhone 4S or just and iPhone 4, but talking specifically of them.

I should also have you put in mind that I, myself, had once wanted one of these special touch screen, newest of fashion designed phones, but in my case, I wanted the iPod Touch. That I did get, taking a far too careful care of it, then loosing it either at school or in my home.

But, back to the matter being, iPhones had been invented for the sake of people who, apparently, could not type with a full, real keyboard. The only downside is that to type with or play with the iPhone, especially on a chair lift, which I have been on recently, you would have take your gloves off. It can get annoying at times and that is one reason why I'd vote to have a PomPilot in some cases.

Anyway, iPhones have become an addictive drug to many that you see in restaurants or train stations. To some, it's a 'new experience' to take into granted. I have asked for an iPhone for my birthday, admitting the truth, but now even I, the one who could have most of it all if asked for, mainly because what I ask for are normally two to five dollar items, have regretted on it.

The Apple stores have made their own trend of 'touch screens' and maybe it's because it's retro and new and very futuristic, but I can now not see the point of an iPhone. Wether or not you can to talk to it, it still interviens you with the topic of the month.

Take this situation for an example of why I, necessarily, do not like iPhones:

Brody was coming back from a football game. It was twelve to ten and the Home team had won. He was too excited and glad to tell his friends that his team hadn't lost, that he had paid no attention to the deer in the road. He was typing, texting, to his almost wed fiance when the deer had been crossing. Deers were very common, being that it was higher up in the mountains than where you'd expect. He swerved past the deer, saving its life, but risking his own.
His car smashed into the opposing side of the long, lonely road and a pine tree branch pierced the already shattered glass. He slowly and steadily reached for the iPhone and pressed the middle button at the bottom, pushing it in hard enough to have the Siri come up.
In a groggy, rusted voice, as if his throat was parched, he asked the lovely fellow robot. "Call 911." Though that was what he  intended on saying it  came out as a jumble of mismatched words that, to the polite robot, made no sense. Replying with an apology the robot began to want to hear what he had to say again.
The result was the same, a fumbling, dragging slur of words to try to make out a sentence. Siri had replied the same. He had constantly tried again and again, until darkness filled his broken and aching bones.
To the delight of Brody's contempt, the ambulance, sent by a passing by-er, had come in time to save his hopeful life. Injuries and more had occurred, but nothing was fatal to any extent.
Though, when the ambulance had come to see Brody in the car, and Siri the iPhone helper, on, the two Paramedics laughed it off later with themselves, but bringing up a serious talk that followed.
Brody had lived, Siri had begun to understand his words, and all was well.

Now, as you should know by now, this story was made purely off of fiction, my imagination, and ideas. So, don't go around saying Apple kills people. That isn't right or just. That is cruelty through power of words and your said 'proof'.

With that,  I rest my case on iPhones. Now off to another trend; one that includes, yet again, both genders, is moccasins. Moccasins have annoyed me, mainly because they are an on-going trend that I despise. Again, like I have said previously, this is only my take on fashions. Protest if you like, but I like to show my opinion.

Moccasins are diseases. An indefinite disease. It engolfs you into a world were the comfy slippers make you look like you came out of your bed, got dressed and came into your work, school or administrations office with your slippers on. This disease spreads quickly. The only ones immune have either figured out what's happening, or could not have any less of them or the coolest fashion. If you haven't already figured it out, I am one of the immune, not destroyed by the disease.

Although, years and years earlier, I was, too knocked down by the disease of fashions. I wore fake converse shoes for the comfort, too, and have grown out of many pairs. This year being the one time I actually have the real 'All-Star' converse.

I now go by rules of my own. That being:

1. Always, no matter the cost, be your true self

2. Be the Unique individual that even I know you can be

Don't wait around for the next killing trend of the day/month/year/century. It will penalize you to a point where even you won't know what to do next. Especially when you get news late, or never at all.

Basically, don't fall into the disease. The disease that will run you over like a car over roadkill. You are the roadkill who died for the trend and not for the faith or for another individual.
Die for love; not for trend.

That's it. I have more ideas and I might post Thursday or through the weekend. This all depends on when I'll have the time. Until then, bye!

(Plus, a very catchy and still uplifting song....

In a sense....                                   Anyway, see you later!)

Conversations At My Brother's.

Well, the title says it all. All of us, that being my mother and brother and his wife sometimes coming in with some anecdote of information, were talking about politics in the beginning that lead to a conversation of abortion and my nephew with spinabifita. The conversation had much to do with several groups of people and the moment that hit me the most was when my mother had said that people with disabilities were separate from other 'normal' people. That's just wrong. And that's all I have to say about that.

Now, I have a story that hits the heart of any caring parent, child or even teen (like myself). One with an actual heart, not an artificial one. So, read this and I'll carry on with what I was saying...

   Month one
Mommy,
I am only 8 inches long but I have all my organs. I love the sound of your voice. Every time I hear it I wave my arms and legs. The sound of your heart beat is my favorite lullaby.
   Month Two
Mommy,

Today I learned how to suck my thumb. If you could see meyou could definitely tell that I am a baby.I'm not big enough to survive outside my home though. It is so nice and warm in here
   Month Three
You know what Mommy,

I'm a boy!!I hope that makes you happy. I always want you to be happy. I don't like it when you cry. You sound so sad. It makes me sad too and I cry with you even though you can't hear me.
   Month Four
Mommy,

My hair is starting to grow. It is very short and fine but I will have a lot of it. I spend a lot of my time exercising. I can turn my head and curl my fingers and toes and stretch my arms and legs. I am becoming quite good at it too.
   Month Five
You went to the doctor today and Mommy,

He lied to you. He said that I'm not a baby. I am a baby Mommy, your baby. I think and feel. Mommy, what's abortion?
   Month Six
Mommy,

I can hear that doctor again. I don't like him. He seems cold and heartless. Something is intruding my home. The doctor called it a needle. Mommy what is it? It burns! Please make him stop! I can't get away from it! Mommy! Help me!
   Month Seven
Mommy,

I am okay. I am in Jesus's arms. He is holding me. He told me about abortion. Why didn't you want me Mommy?

Every
Abortion Is Just . . .
One more heart that was stopped. Two more eyes that will never see. Two more hands that will never touch. Two more legs that will never run. One more mouth that will never speak...

Now, I didn't write this. A friend of mine sent it to me and many others to send across the world. We started it, though, to show how abortion is killing society by the minute. Another thing is I am not trying to manipulate you, the reader, but I'm making awareness, so.

Anyway, back from the sadness in life, I'm going to post up Christmas stories I can either think from the top of my head, one of my friend's stories or I'll just say something about Christmas, so Happy 'Early' Christmas! I hope you take all of this into consideration.

Thank ya, and buh-bye!

"Ur CRA-Z!"

Now, everyone reading this has to  know that texting can kill someone. I'm here to tell you something entirely different. People are weird. Simple as that. But one thing that makes us even weirder is that we over-think a whole lot of things. Take this scene for example:

John firsts takes a picture of an orange mug with a white background. He, then, shows it to his best friends Alyssa and Cameron at a coffee shop downtown. When he gets there, the two are already sitting down drinking a coffee at a four-person table. John walks up to them and shows them the printed out picture of the large orange mug. Alyssa reacts like this
"John. Wow! This is amazing. The elaborate detail in the picture; yet it's so simple. It's the simplicity that kills me. I get this picture, though. It's telling us that we are like one big melting pot, us Americans, melting pot because of the two colours needed to make orange, and that if we don't shape up on the basics of life like reading, writing and  knowing math and science, our economy will go down and we'll break into a million pieces like if that mug dropped on the ground." (Sorry Alyssa, but you're over-thinking this just a tad)
While Cameron reacts in this way
"I think it's just a mug on a sheet of paper." And so John answers that Cameron is right. Now, in Cameron's head, when Alyssa was giving her 'Speech', he was think 'Alyssa, you're crazy! It's just a mug!'

Both could be correct depending on perspective, but in this case, Alyssa definitely over-reacted and over-'thunk' it.  So, I'm sorry, but that's it for today. Just remember to NOT text and drive. (There's even a commercial for that. I'll post that next time.) And to never over-'thunk' something. It makes you look like you have an entire dictionary and encyclopedia in your brain.

Haha! You thought I left. Nope. Still here and rolling!

So, I am back from a long time of being "agone". Now, I have made a video this time and for a certain someone, it was not the spy pen that I got at Brookstone....I haven't made any good-enough videos to put up here. That will be my blog, so watch it. Thank you for flying Aircraft Amber. Please, enjoy the show.

That's just me. So read this tomorrow or whenever I post again.

Bye.

Shower curtains, and more!

A book report on Peter Rabbit. Peter Rabbit. Peter Ra-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a.......abbit! Peter Rabbit is a stupid book about a stupid rabbit who steals vegetable from other peoples' gar-dens. One, two, three, four five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen. Eighty-three to go.
The name of the book about which, this book report is about is, Peter Rabbit which is about this...rabbit. I found it very... I liked the part where... It was a... It reminded Robin Hood!

That was a song that was stuck in my head yesterday. It's from the play 'You're a Good Man Charlie Brown'. It's based on the Peanuts, in fact, it is the peanuts! Anyway, the picture up there is one of the coolest shower/bath in the world! It has a built in television, heater, steamer, double-showers, a seat, double steam chamber doors. a radio, a phone and even, a jacuzzi. You could practically live in ther, of course you wouldn't want to, but it would be amazing! Only other thing you would need is a refrigerator, cups and food to put in the refrigerator. Oh, also cup holder, but I think it already has that...
One can only hope.
So, on a totally different subject, there are new movies coming out, the one I'm most excited about, and don't guess the new Twilight movie, because those are just plain annoying, is the Hunger Games. Coming out on March 23rd, 2012! So close to my birthday. Another movie is that apparently, there is going to be a Human Centipede 2. I didn't even think people could make a second one.
Now, if you are a real Twilight fan, get off my blog! No, don't really. Actually, if you are a Twilight fan, then go and watch Breaking Dawn Part 1 (which by the way, was definitely started by Harry Potter, Twilight stole that from them).
Moving on, if you want to take a right brained, left brained test then go here — > I will tell you more about this movie if you keep reading and the URL is under this incredibly LARGE Text. Keep reading this if you want to know more about the French movie Mozart's Sister. There's nothing really to know, the title says it all. Here's the URL:
http://www.intelliscript.net/test_area/questionnaire/questionnaire.cgi I did and here are my results.

Left Brain Dominance:10(10)
Right Brain Dominance:
9(9)
Apparently, I am only 15 more left brained then right. I guess I am basically equaled. Also, back on the topic of movies, even though it's in French with English subtitles, I would love to see this movie. Well, that's all for today everyone. I've got to leave you now.
This is how much I care to say goodbye in person to you, but can't, so here (watch/listen to it all the way through, the picture doesn't change)

GOODBYE!
-Amber
